Buffalo-Style Hot Popcorn Snacks

Hot sauce, celery seed and Fleischmann’s combine to spice up popped corn, corn chips and dry roasted peanuts


Makes: 12 servings (2/3 cup each)


Ingredients:

1 bag (2.9 ounce) ACT II® Butter Microwave Popcorn (10 cups popped)
2 cups corn chips, slightly broken
1 cup dry roasted salted peanuts
1 tablespoons Fleischmann’s® Original-stick, melted
2 tablespoon hot sauce



Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Prepare popcorn according to package directions.  Remove all unpopped kernels.  Place popcorn, corn chips and peanuts in 2 gallon resealable storage bag. 

Combine melted Fleischmann’s and hot sauce.  Pour over popcorn mixture; seal bag and shake until popcorn mixture is evenly coated.  Place mixture into 15x10-inch jelly roll pan.

Bake 5 minutes, stirring once.  Serve immediately or store in airtight container.


When Popped, ACT II Microwave popcorn kernels expand to roughly 17 times their original size.
