Where Can I buy ACT II Products?
ACT II products are sold in most club stores, mass merchandisers, drug chains, and many supermarkets and grocery stores. You can also find us in vending machines around the country.
If your retailer does not carry the flavor you are seeking, ask the store manager if they can order it for you. The stores decide what flavor and quantity to carry. We hope this will help in locating our products in the future.
Can I buy directly from your company?
We are sorry but we cannot sell our products directly to consumers. Not only would the administrative and shipping costs be prohibitive, but also our company has made a policy that sales will be made only to brokers and supermarket chains.
We would suggest speaking with your store manager about ordering some directly for you. If they are authorized to carry the product, they should be able to order large quantities.

How do I clean my stained microwave?
We recommend that you follow the cleaning guidelines provided by your oven manufacturer. Generally, wiping the stain promptly with a damp sponge or cloth and a mild, non-abrasive detergent, or soap dissolved in warm water will be sufficient to clean your oven. For heavy build up try covering the spot for 5 minutes with a solution of baking soda and water. Wipe clean, rinsing thoroughly. However, this method is for occasional use only.
Why does some of the popcorn not pop?
Due to many factors that are out of our control, we cannot ensure that 100% of our popping corn will pop. Because microwave ovens heat unevenly, some kernels won't get enough heat to pop. As suggested on the package, you may want to elevate the popping corn bag on an inverted microwave safe dish for better popping performance. Also for best popping volume, listen for when the popping slows to a pop every 2-3 seconds then shut off the microwave oven.
Why are some bags marked, "not for individual sale"?
ACT II uses generic bags, which are placed in printed overwrap for many of the 36-count bulk items sold into the vending trade class. The printed overwrap provides both the necessary UPC code and nutritional information, which must be found on a package for individual sale per FDA regulations. The generic bag inside the printed overwrap carries the disclaimer "This unit not labeled for individual sale." There is neither a UPC code nor nutritionals on the generic bag, which is why all flavors of ACT II popcorn sold to the vend trade using generic bags have the disclaimer. It is for protection of both the vend operator and ACT II.
